Topic: Samson and Delilah (Part 2)

Judges 15: 1-7, 9-10, 14-16, Judges 16: 4-31

There are a lot of similarities between the Lord Jesus Christ and Samson. An angel of the Lord told both parents of these men their names, called them apart from others, both destroyed their enemies by their death, and both were used by God for His glory.
Differences between the two: Samson lived a life of sin, Christ lived a sinless life.

The Gospel spoken through the scriptures: WILL YOU AGREE WITH GOD?
Scripture teaches “for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23

Isaiah 59 tells us that 1 sin separates us from God.

The Bible also teaches that “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23

“But God showed His own love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (for me).” Romans 5:8

“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10: 9-10
